    I have to fight the same thing too. Sometimes it is very hard to find objective criteria to measure something about ourselves, or something that we do (in the previous example, it's dance). Sometimes it takes an outside perspective (like watching old midterm videos :P to see how fast we really are learning, and how we're doing actually rather well. Then we just keep on truckin' and pwning the critic inside all of our heads.

    Trust me, I'm a rocket scientist, I know what I'm talking about... :P

    Haha! I can't wait til we can say "trust me, I'm a doctor." :)

    Thanks for the confidence boost. And the students in the old midterms did pretty well! But you're right, we learned a ton in a very small amount of time. I guess I'm doing alright :)
